- who we are -
3MAN - With a background of hand-sculpting classic terrain & scenery for Games Workshop in the 90's & 00's (before everything there became molded plastic) and being awarded veteran battle-brother status for his work, 3MAN became an independent sculptor & went on to create Basius in 2013
AK - As 3MANs' daughter, AK grew up sculpting. She made & released her first Basius pad when she was eight years old
Our father & daughter team of free-lance artists have joined up with other like-minded friends with backgrounds from GW, ForgeWorld, Mantic & Warcradle Studios
We believe that the scale miniatures hobby is primarily about friendship & community, but its also definitely about creativity, so we design tools and mods that help gamers 'level up' the joy, pride and satisfaction that they get from their hobby
Everything here is 100% human made – we do not employ AI in anything we sculpt, at any stage

Kneadatite (AKA) Green Stuff
Make loads of unique bases for your miniatures with a roll of Kneadatite and a single BASIUS pad
Roll the blue and yellow sections together until they turn green then press the 'Green Stuff' onto your base, spray the surface of it & the Basius pad with tap water and press the base into the pad, pull the base off right away and trim its edge - then gently press your miniature feet and add flying sticks, grass clumps, twigs or whatever you like into the texture then just leave it to dry - easy as
